A few things to know

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Tracking usually becomes active 2–3 days after dispatch, so if it shows no movement at first, that's normal.

Typical delivery time is 7–15 business days. If it's been longer than 20 business days, email support@getnovele.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.

If you added Shipping Protection and your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, we'll send a free replacement.
