How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive in 7–15 business days, depending on your location. Shipping is free worldwide, and you'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your mug is on its way.

Is the mug fragile? What if it breaks in transit?

The Novele Mug is made from thick, durable glass and ships in a protective gift box with cushioning. Glass is glass, though, so if your mug arrives damaged, email us a photo within 7 days and we'll send a replacement at no cost. Adding Shipping Protection at checkout also covers loss in transit.

Is it dishwasher safe?

We recommend hand-washing with warm water and mild soap to keep the translucent spines vivid for years. The mug is safe for both hot and cold drinks.

What size is it?

350 ml / 12 oz, approximately 12 × 10 × 9 cm (4.7 × 3.9 × 3.5 in). It's a proper full cup of coffee or tea, not a novelty espresso cup.

Does it come gift-wrapped?

Every Novele Mug arrives in a protective gift box, ready to give. No extra wrapping needed, though a handwritten note never hurts.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to return your mug for a full refund if it isn't everything you hoped for. See our Refund Policy for details.

How do I track my order?

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or visit our Track Your Order page. Tracking can take 2–3 days to update after dispatch.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We ship to the US and to readers everywhere, free of charge. Any customs duties, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.
