Payment policy

All prices on getnovele.com are listed in US Dollars (USD). Your card will be charged in USD; if you pay with a card in another currency, your bank sets the exchange rate.

Accepted payment methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal, where available in your region.

Secure checkout

Payments are processed through Shopify's PCI-compliant checkout. Novele never sees or stores your full card details.

When you are charged

Your payment is captured when your order is placed. You'll receive an order confirmation by email immediately and a shipping confirmation with tracking once your mug is dispatched.

Taxes and duties

Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout. For international orders, any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Discounts

Bundle savings (Buy 2 save 10%, Buy 3 save 15%) are applied automatically in your cart. Only one product discount can be applied per order.
