Refund & Return Policy

30-day money-back guarantee. If your Novele Mug isn't everything you hoped for, you have 30 days from delivery to return it for a full refund.

Damaged or lost in transit

If your mug arrives broken or damaged, you don't need to return anything. Email support@getnovele.com with your order number and a photo within 7 days of delivery, and we'll send a free replacement. If your order never arrives and was covered by Shipping Protection, we'll replace it at no cost.

Returns for any other reason

Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number. The mug should be unused, in its original gift box. We'll send you return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was faulty.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping Protection fees are non-refundable once the order has shipped.

Exchanges

Want to swap for a fresh one? The fastest way is to return the original and place a new order.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if they haven't shipped yet. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.
