Shipping Policy

Free worldwide shipping on every order. No minimums, no surprises at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). During peak gifting seasons processing may take up to 3 business days.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days after dispatch for the United States and most international destinations. Remote areas may take a little longer.

Tracking

Every order is shipped with tracking. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your mug is on its way. Tracking may take 2–3 days to show its first update. You can also track on our Track Your Order page.

Arrives safe or we replace it

Each mug ships in a protective gift box with cushioning. If your mug arrives damaged, email support@getnovele.com with a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement.

Shipping Protection

Optional Shipping Protection ($3.99) covers loss in transit in addition to damage. If your protected parcel is lost, we ship a replacement at no cost.

Customs and duties

For orders outside the United States, any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Most orders are not subject to these charges.

Need to change your address? Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.
